Holidays can be fantastic fun for all the family. Some people chose to go abroad for their summer holidays where as others choose to stay in the UK. There are hundreds of popular tourist destinations all over the UK and if you are looking for the best weather and beautiful beaches then many often travel to the south west of England. Places such as Newquay and St Ives are very popular all year round but especially in the summer holidays.

The only down side with going to a place like this is the traffic and also the parking. If you chose to stay in a place that is not within walking distance of the beach / town you will have to drive and the parking can be a bit of a nightmare. Often you will need to arrive at the beach car parks early in the morning to try and get a space otherwise you can find yourself having to park miles away and having a long walk ahead of you. Not only is parking time consuming but it can also be expensive with a day rate often being over £6. If you want to go to the beach every day, parking costs can very quickly add up.
